“Before this course I was mainly trying to understand what and why I’m feeling as a strategy to feel safe and in control as well as to “course correct”. Nowadays I allow myself to feel without needing to understand because I already know I will be safe and will figure it out even if my emotions are high!
This is the course you need if you too grew up disconnected from your emotions or made believe that having them and especially being “moved” by them is a faulty mechanism or behaviour on your part that you need to somehow correct.

“This course trains us to become the male role models we maybe wish we had but never found - acting with integrity, honesty, accountability, and purpose in all areas of our life. Before this course, I was avoiding looking at and feeling emotions fully, and existed in a very narrow band of emotional experience. I used work and chores to keep myself occupied and from being overwhelmed by grief or sadness or anger, and never let myself feel fully happy or joyful. I was also unaware of how these emotions were present in my body and appearing in many aspects of my life.
Now, I have a more acute ability to name and describe the embodied emotions I experience. I find it much easier to let the entire emotional experience flow, and can identify what I'm feeling either in the moment or shortly after. I also have much more compassion for my own emotional experience, as opposed to self-judgement and criticism.

“Due to the program and the amazing guidance from Andy I have found that my relationship with my partner has vastly improved. My main aim when joining the program was to improve my relationship with her as we were on the brink of separation. The program has helped me communicate better and enhance my emotional intelligence.
I was also self-sabotaging and very mediocre in a lot of my endeavours. I wanted to be the best version of myself, and the program helped my address my shadow scars which were hindering my development.
Before the program I kept my emotions hidden and never talked about them. This stemmed from childhood where I never talked about them. This was not good as by bottling it up it led to me being triggered and snapping at my family. I also was procrastinating a lot with bad habits when not dealing with my emotions.
Since the program, I am more in tune with emotions and confident in talking about them. I am curbing my vices and not using them anymore as an avoidance strategy.
